Welcome to the Swanson House. Built in 1920 by the G
Sol Swanson family, this near-original condition Craftsman Style Bungalow is
listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Your hosts, Dan &
Sally Nibbelink purchased the home from the Swanson family in 1995 and have
lovingly maintained it, changing it only to add 2 guest bathrooms upstairs.
We have lived in Northern Colorado for quite some time and will be happy to
help you find your way to the Loveland Sculpture Shows, Rocky Mountain National
Park, Boulder, Fort Collins, Denver, Pawnee Grasslands and many other
attractions, all within easy driving distance from our friendly small town of
Berthoud. |
